When it helps
What I do
From the goal to the agenda, the exercises and a written outcome people can act on.
Games that make an abstract topic tangible, and safe to discuss.
A shared view of the user journey, cut into releases the team can deliver.
Sketchnotes and visual summaries that people keep and reuse.
Deliberate practice for developers, in pairs or in groups.
On architecture, agility, AI and learning through play, in English or French.
Ecosystem
I founded Playful Learner and co-founded #play14 in 2014, a movement that has gathered thousands of participants across continents. Most of my other work starts with a good workshop.
Playful Learner is where I develop workshops, talks and immersive experiences that combine serious games, facilitation, visual thinking and embodied practices.
