Curious, pragmatic, and still close to the code.
I started writing software in Luxembourg in 2001. Two years later I read the Agile Manifesto and recognised my own values in it. Since then I've moved between building systems and helping teams build them better.
For twenty years at Agile Partner I was developer, architect, agile coach, delivery manager, head of the software factory and finally CTO, with clients in banking, logistics, telecom, industry and the EU institutions. Today I work independently and remotely.

#play14 is a global movement I co-founded in 2014, of people who believe play is the best metaphor for learning, bringing together thousands of participants across continents.
